Spotlessly clean, wonderful hotel with extremely hospitable staff from the restaurant manager. Favourable and marvellous location - close to a train station. Nearby Bar Louie - great place to chill out. The restaurant was good, for breakfast.

The beds were comfortable, and we loved the Keurig coffee machine. the view of the city from the window was unbelievable. - the hotel's central location in the heart of Evanston was great.

The hotel is very well located in the heart of Evanston. Numerous shops, restaurants, bars and beaches are within walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
In my opinion, the equipment of the hotel is somewhat outdated. For example, the shower hose was broken when we arrived and there was a musty smell in the room.

Beautiful and absolutely great hotel, I stayed here with my toddler. New-fashioned and spotless room for what I needed with milk, comfortable seating and the king sized bed. Food was reasonably priced and restaurant was absolutely great.

For Chicago, the price was good. The hotel is located near a suburban railway station. There is an express train to downtown during peak hours (early and evening). You will be in the center of Chicago in about 45 minutes.
Parking fee is relatively high with 18 USD per day.

It was all right. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although we arrived late and only 20 minutes before the restaurant closed, we were well served - they prepared food for us - that is service.

The hotel is overall clean, the staff is very attentive, and the room is a nice size. The room is reasonably priced. Great to have Keurig coffee machine, blackout curtains, and nice sheets. Also, the location is convenient, minutes from a private research university. Close to the property there are restaurants and bars. It offers excellent service. Furthermore, you can use free Wi-Fi.
